Submit a Support Ticket to the Tech Department

All tech support questions must be submitted through your cPanel Support Ticket Request (see how to login to cPanel here). Review the information below to see what is included at no charge, and what support incidents have a charge.

If we feel we cannot adequately answer your question via ticket support, we can arrange to have you call us for more in-depth clarification.

 

Hosting Support

  • General questions
    General questions about your hosting, ftp, email, etc. are free of charge. Just be sure to review provided information first.

  • Installation of custom software
    Custom software installation on our servers or website development are fee-based. See Paid Support Options below.

  • Website Development
    Website development is fee-based. Contact us for more information on charges. See Paid Support Options below.

  • Restoration of your website
    Restoration of your website through the periodic backups we create are $29.95.

AmazaCart Support

  • Configuring Your Cart and Modules
    This support is free for 30 days from the installation of your cart. Prior to submitting a support ticket, please first read the User Guides. If you still have questions, then submit a support ticket. Any support after 30 days is fee-based. See Paid Support Options below.

  • Customization of Your Cart Pages
    Any customization of your cart pages, whether it be through us customizing them, or providing you with technical support for questions you have as you are customizing them is fee-based. See Paid Support Options below.

Paid Support Options

  • Ongoing web development
    Ongoing web development requires signing of our standard contract and giving us a retainer. Then we can invoice you weekly for any work we do that week. If/when you no longer wish us to do web development on your site, we will apply the retainer to any remaining outstanding balance, and return what is left after that.

  • Per Incident Support
    Per incident support requires a credit card authorization on file, or a pre-paid retainer of $50. If you pay by retainer, we will apply the retainer to any remaining outstanding balance, and return what is left after that.

  • Cost
    Any fee-based support will be charged at our current hourly rate. We can provide you with that rate should you not have it already.

Account Payment Status

  • If your account is past-due, we will need payment on any past due invoices prior to providing technical support. A quick way to make payment is to to use our credit card authorization form.
